In term 1 of 2009, we met to nut out what we wanted to achieve as a technology committee, using the P3T (pass paper please tool), here is what we came up with:
At OHS in 2012:
every student has the skills to utilise a laptop for learning which is networked wirelessly and easily accessed.
every teacher has a computer / laptop
every class has an interactive whiteboard and data projector, with access to curriculum & materials, using less paper, increasing interactivity and time on task
there is access to sufficient software which runs well
IT support staff (admin and technical) support teachers & students
there is ongoing technology training and planning for future needs
